Andrew & David Rigby , 2 brothers who now run the family owned garden centre approached us to consider quoting for their new purpose built coffee shop, early January 2011.

We met & discussed the brief, which included a look at an alternative quote they had already received.

We had quite a few meetings on site & at our showroom, to discuss their needs both in terms of quality of equipment & layout. This included the new kitchen, complete extraction system, dish wash area & the new front of house servery.

Fiswal provided competitive quotations, CAD kitchen drawings & visuals for the front of house servery which provided great assistance in Andrew & David making the right informed choice of supplier & equipment specification.

Andrew & David not only considered their budget, but high on the agenda was choosing a company who could provide a quality on going back up service after the installation.

Fiswal Catering are local with their own engineers, 2 of which are gas safe, for Andrew & David this was an important factor in their decision process.

We were successful in winning the order, we signed off the drawings, including equipment specification & arranged installation dates.

Installation & commissioning completed, Rigby's Coffee Shop within Pimbo Garden Centre opened on time & within budget May 2011.
